First time sharing, so please let me know if anything’s afoot!

Mell Pier is a 4 bed, 3 bathroom, mostly furnished home with only a handful of CC items. Requires Get to Work + Get Together, and has content from the Movie Hangout and Romantic Garden pack. 

• Lot size: 30x20, originally built on Pier Palace in Windenburg
  
• Cost: § 128,000, although the top floor isn’t fully decorated.
  
• Pop the unzipped files from the link below into your Tray folder (Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4 -> Tray
  

You can either download tray files here, or find the build in the gallery by searching for my ID, bethlyhem. You’ll need to have the mod/cc box checked, I think.
